Scheduled maintenance on SPEI payouts to bank accounts is now in progress. Payouts are queued and will be sent automatically once it completes.

On Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 06:00 to 06:20 Mexico City (12:00–12:20 UTC), the SPEI network will undergo scheduled maintenance. During the window, SPEI payouts to bank accounts will not be processed (maximum 20 minutes); payouts submitted during the window are queued and sent automatically once it ends. Not affected: SPEI deposits, card payments, OXXO Pay, wallets, dashboard and API. We will post an update here when maintenance starts and when it completes. Questions: support@tonder.io.

Between 21:30 on September 23 and 03:50 on September 24, Mexico City (03:30–09:50 UTC on September 24), SPEI payouts to bank accounts and the payout balance were unavailable for 6 hours 20 minutes: most balance queries and new payout submissions failed because requests to the SPEI payout network were returning errors. Service returned to normal at 03:50. Deposits, card payments, checkout and the rest of the API were not affected.
